Established in 1993, ERBI General Contractors, Inc., has flourished into a highly ranked general contractor. Our foundation is rooted in our people and our commitment to quality, integrity in meeting our clients’ needs. Over 70% of our work comes from repeat clients, thus we place great value on the relationships we develop with our clients. We recognize communication as the cornerstone of these relationships; so, we listen and become partners in our clients’ building successes.

ERBI GC is fully licensed, bonded and insured. With our services, we provide commercial and residential general contracting services of an exceptional nature throughout the New York area. While currently in our seventeenth year of service, our principals bring to the table a combined 50 years of experience in the general contracting business. As our business has grown, we have continually expanded our scope of projects, all the while maintaining quality of work and work ethics rare to our trade. Our successful projects have included everything from small sunroom additions on existing single-family residences, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, apartment renovation, to retirement and multifamily homes.

We have a highly trained workforce, and place an emphasis on professionalism. Our worksites are clean, safe, and drug and alcohol free. Our employees are outfitted with state of the art tools, equipment, and procedures capable of handling most any project.
